Kristin appeared as celebrated wit Dorothy Parker in the Off-Broadway musical Talk of the Town for over 14 months at the historic Algonquin Hotel. Her Off-Broadway debut, The Streets of New York at the Irish Repertory Theatre, was met with critical acclaim (nominee: Drama League Performance Award). She has been a fixture in major regional productions of Musical of Musicals – the Musical, appearing alongside co-author Joanne Bogart (Repertory Theatre of St. Louis & Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, Cape Playhouse production, York Theatre benefit). Her regional favorites include Meet Me in St. Louis at the Westchester Broadway Theatre and Gateway Playhouse (Esther Smith), Red, Hot & Blue at Connecticut’s Goodspeed Opera House, Thoroughly Modern Millie at Gateway Playhouse, directed by Millie Broadway alum John MacInnis (Millie). Overseas, Kristin traded her tap shoes in for vocal pyrotechnics in the roles of Mary Magdalene in Jesus Christ Superstar, directed and choreographed by Baayork Lee, and Eva in Evita (covering Caryn Lyn Manuel of Rent, Brooklyn fame). She has appeared on far too many demo recordings and in far too many readings to mention here…! Kristin is also a lyricist, developing projects with composers Robert Maggio and Dan Furman under the auspices of the BMI/Lehman Engel Musical Theatre Songwriting Workshop.
